Refunds Returns, and Warranty

Returns are welcome providing you send a returns request within 14 days of the order, you will then have another 14 days to return to product to me as new and in the original packaging and tags attached.

The return will be arranged on your behalf, and the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund at £15.00

Missed collections for returns will incur a cost of £15.00

If your product is faulty, it will be collected for inspection, and be fixed or replaced as necessary.

2 years faults warranty is included with all car seats purchased.
