Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use this site.

2. About Us
This website is operated by Simply Safe Car Seats. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Simply Safe Car Seats. If you need to contact us, please use the contact details provided on our website.

3. Products and Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw products, change product details, or limit quantities at any time without notice.

4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

5. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted when we send confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including payment issues, stock availability, or suspected fraud.

6. Payment
Payment must be received in full before dispatch. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.

7. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to remedies as provided by law.

9. Returns and Cancellation (Distance Selling Regulations)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods for any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the cancellation period. Items must be returned in accordance with our returns instructions. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return.

This right does not apply to exempt items such as personalised goods, sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, or other items excluded by law.

10.Discount Offers and Promotions
Promotional discounts, codes, and special offers may be withdrawn, amended, or terminated at any time without notice. Offers cannot be applied retrospectively and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only one promotional offer may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

11. New Subscriber Discount
The new subscriber discount is available only to first-time subscribers and is valid for a limited time. This discount is not applicable to all items and may exclude selected products, brands, or categories. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time without notice.

12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.

13.Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to this, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

14. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is used.

15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any updated Terms.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
